摘  要:钓鱼慈竹(Neosinocalamus affinis)竹叶提取物可作为一种环境友好型植物缓蚀剂。采用失重法和动电位极化曲线研究了钓鱼慈竹竹叶提取物在0.5mol/L H2SO4溶液中对冷轧钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:钓鱼慈竹竹叶提取物具有良好的缓蚀作用,为混合抑制型缓蚀剂,且在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式。通过van’t Hoff方程和Arrhenius公式求出了吸附热ΔHads和表观活化能Ea,并据此讨论了缓蚀作用机理。The extractive from Neosinocalamus affinis leaves was investigated as an excellent environ- mentally-friendly plant inhibitor. The inhibition effect of the plant extractive on the corrosion of cold rolled steel (CRS) in 0. 5 mol/L H2SO4 has been studied zation methods. The results show that the Neosinocalamus by we afflnis ight loss and potentiodynamic polarileaves extractive is a good inhibitor, and the adsorption of the plant inhibitor on the CRS surface follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation. Polarization curves show that the plant inhibitor is a mixed-type inhibitor in sulfuric acid. The experimental data have been treated with van' t Hoff and Arrhenius equations. The adsorption heat △Hads, and apparent activation energy Eo are also calculated, and the inhibitive mechanism isdiscussed in detail according to the parameters.
