摘　　要：为了分析POL技术的成像特性,对保偏光纤POL定轴技术进行了仿真研究。介绍了POL技术定轴方法,利用LightTools软件实现了熊猫型保偏光纤的POL图像仿真。通过光线追迹,找到了所建熊猫型光纤模型的最佳观测平面位置,基于仿真图像特征提出了POL值的提取方法。为实际系统提取POL值提供了理论指导和依据。Researched on simulation of polarization maintaining （PM） fibers alignment of POL technique for analyzing it＇s image characterize. POL technique was introduced. Simulation of panda type polarization maintaining （PM） fiber＇s POL image was realized by the software of LightTools. Got the optimized observation plane by tracing thousands of lights through the panda type fiber. A method to get the POL value from the POL image was given based on the analyzing the simulation result. Some theory guide was given to realize the POL technique by this article＇s analysis.
