新医改形势下公立医院适宜规模的经济学分析

摘　　要：公立医院规模受社会政治、经济、文化等因素影响,适宜床位数的设置应与区域卫生规划相结合。在确定医院规模时承担的医疗任务要与区域医疗需求相一致,医疗人才的承受能力要与发展空间相匹配,床位数量要与周边医疗资源配置相协调,综合效益要与群众生活水平和服务宗旨相吻合,规模扩展要与自身环境设施相适应。The public hospitals are influenced by the factors of social politics,economy,culture and others,and the setup of the appropriate number of beds should be in accordance with the regional health planning.The medical tasks should match the regional medical requirements while defining the sizes of the hospitals and the bearing capability of medical talents to mate the development space,the number of beds should be in good coordination with medcal resources within the perimeter,the combined revenues gear to the living standard of the masses and the service purpose and the scale expansion should be agreeable with the environmental facilities of itself.
