摘　　要：医院坚持"早发现、早介入、早解决"的"三早"工作方针,通过还原事实真相、查明患方身份、把握中立立场、抓住解决时机等有效方法,和谐、快速解决医疗纠纷,取得了明显成效。Our hospital sticks to the working policy of the three earlys-early detection,early intervention and early solution and has made remarkable achievements in harmonious and fast solution of medical disputes by restoring the truth of matter,finding out patient identity,taking the neutral position and seizing the opportunities to solve problems.
