病耻感对精神障碍患者家属心理健康影响的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神障碍患者家属病耻感现状及对心理健康的影响。方法:采用照料体验问卷、症状自评量表和一般情况调查表,对181名患者家属进行调查分析。结果:精神障碍患者家属普遍存在病耻感,患者父母、配偶的病耻感程度明显高于患者子女,症状自评量表总分及躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执5个因子分与常模比较有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),病耻感各条目与症状自评量表各因子之间呈显著正相关。结论:病耻感普遍存在于精神障碍患者家庭并与家属心理健康水平呈正相关。Objective：To discuss the effect of sense of shame on the family＇ s mental health in patient with mental disorders. Methods：IS1 families were investigated and analyzed by care experience questionnaire,symptoms self evaluate rating scale and general situation questionnaire. Results：patients with mental disorders families widespread disease patients with shame, spouse, parents of disease patients significantly higher sense of shame, SCL - 90 total body, and interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, paranoid five factors and norms were obvious difference （ P 〈 0.05 orP 〈 0. 01 ）, disease shame with each entry SCL - 90 factors was a significant positive correlation between, correlation coefficient in the absolute. Conclusion：Discase sense of shame in patients with mental disorders are common in family and relatives and psychological health level.
