对门诊手术患者实施舒适护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨对门诊手术患者实施舒适护理的效果。方法:将240例门诊手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各120例。实验组采用舒适护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。分别观察两组患者的术前焦虑、术中血压、心率情况、术后晕厥发生情况和护理工作满意度情况。结果:实验组患者术前焦虑明显减轻,术中血压、心率更平稳,护理满意度明显提高,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。对照组患者术后发生晕厥2例,而实验组患者未发生晕厥情况。结论:舒适护理模式能明显提高门诊手术患者的护理质量。Objective ：To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing model in patients underwent outpatient operation. Methods ： 240 patients undergoing outpatient operation were randomly divided into two groups, the experiment group （n = 120） intervened with comfortable nursing model and control group（ n = 120） with conventional nursing model. The preoperative anxiety ,blood pressure and heart rate during operation, post -operatiive syencope and nursing satisfactory rate of tow groups were observed. Results： The experiment group showed lower preoperative anxiety level, systematic pressure, heart rate, post - operatiive syencope and higher nursing satisfactory rate than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Comfortable nursing model can improve the nursing quality of patients undergoing outpatient operation obviously.
