摘 要:目的:探讨护理技能操作教学方法,提高学生护理技能操作水平。方法:将103名大专班学生随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验班教学中引入循证护理的理念和步骤。结果:实验组护理技能操作考核成绩明显高于对照组。结论:把循证护理理念引入到护理操作教学中,有利于学生更好地掌握操作技能,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的综合能力,促进教师不断更新知识,及时了解本学科的发展趋势和前沿信息,从而全面提高教学能力。Objective:To improve nursing skills of students and explore the teaching method for nursing skills. Methods :103 college students were divided into control group and experimental group at random. The control group take the traditonal teaching methods ,the experimental group was introduced with concepts and procedures of evidence - based nursing. Results:The score of nursing skill test in experimental group was much higher than the control group. Conclusion:The way of introduction the evidence - based nursing into the nursing skill teaching , not only facilitate students to have a better grasp of nursing skills, inspire the Interest in learning and boost their comprehensive ability,but also promote teachers to update their knowledge timely,keep informed with Development trends and cutting Edge Information ,which could improve teaching capability comprehensively.
