摘　　要：泰国是外国对中南半岛进行投资的重要国家。长期以来,泰国政府非常注重利用外资来促进国内经济发展,较早制定了外资法,形成了较为完备的外国投资法律体系。工业园区法律制度是泰国外资法中最具特色的部分。近年来,泰国根据实际情况对外资法作了不少修改,投资法律制度也不断趋于完善。Thailand is one of the most important countries which invest to central-south peninsula in China. The Thai government has put great emphasis on using foreign capital to promote national economic development for a long time. She established foreign investment law earlier and formed a comparatively complete legal system of foreign investment. Industrial park legal system is the most characteristic part in Thailand＇s foreign investment law. In recent years, Thailand has made many modifications on foreign investment law according to the actual situation. Investment legal system is constantly perfect.
