摘　　要：目的:探讨中药注射制剂的不良反应。方法:对本院临床报告的126例药品不良反应病例的引发药物、严重程度、损伤类型、主要表现、发生时间进行分析。结果:126例不良反应报告中由中药引发的36例,占28.57%,涉及6个器官/系统、11个品种药物。结论:应高度重视中药注射制剂的不良反应。Objective：To evaluate the adverse reactions induced by injections of traditiongal Chinese drugs.Methods：To analyse inducing drug, severity, injury type, main representation and occurrence time in the 126 cases of clinical reports in our hospital.Results： 36 cases initiated by injection of traditiongal Chinese drug accounted for 44.17 percent of the total,which refered to 5 organs or systems and 12 kinds of drug. Conclusion：We should pay great attentions to adverse reactions induced by injections of traditions Chinese drugs.
