氦-氖激光穴位照射治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究氦-氖激光穴位照射对原发性痛经的治疗及护理。方法:83例原发性痛经患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组41例,用氦-氖激光照射关元穴、气海穴和三阴交穴(双侧),对照组42例,给予口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,并对所有病员进行相应的护理指导,治疗结束后第三个月经周期评价治疗效果。结果:实验组和对照组总有效率分别为82.93%和35.71%,实验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:氦-氖激光穴位照射是治疗原发性痛经的有效方法,良好的护理是提高治疗效果的有力手段。Objective：To study the therapy and nursing care of the acupoints irradiation by He-Ne laser in primary dysmenorrhea. Methods：83 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases in experimental group,their Guanyuan Shu,Qi Hai Shu and San Yin Jiao Shu （bilateral） were irradiated by He-Ne laser;42 cases in control group,they took ibuprofen sustained-release capsule, and all patients were provided corresponding nursing care. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated in third menstrual cycle aftere therapy was completed.Results：The total effective rate was 82.93% and 35.71% respectively in experimental group and control group,the total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher compared with control group （P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：h is effective method using acupoints irradiation by He-Ne laser to treat primary dysmenorthea,better nursing care is forcible means to increase therapeutic efficacy.
