西比灵治疗小脑梗死性眩晕26例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西比灵治疗小脑梗死性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:小脑梗死性眩晕患者42例,其中26例患者接受西比灵治疗,16例未接受西比灵治疗。结果:治疗组1个月后总有效率为80.8%,对照组为56.3%,二者比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:西比灵可显著改善小脑梗死患者眩晕症状。Objective：To expolore the clinical curative effects of sibelium in the treatment of vertigo caused by cerebellium infarc- tion. Methods ：42 patients with vertigo caused by eerebellium infarction were studied.Among them ,26 cases were given orally sibelium and others were not.Results ：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.8% ,while that of the control group was 56.3% ,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sibelium has significant curative effects on vertigo caused by cerebellium infarction.
