摘　　要：目的:观察中心静脉导管治疗胸腔积液的疗效及护理。方法:166例胸腔积液患者随机分成两组,治疗组84例采用中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流,对照组82例采用传统胸腔穿刺抽液。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组疗效比较P<0.05。结论:中心静脉导管用于胸腔闭式引流,方法简便,操作安全。Objective：To observe the curative effect and nursing of central venous catheter drainage for treating pleural effusion.Methods：166 patients of pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups.84 patients of the curative group were given for thoracic close drainage,but 82 patients of the contrast group were give drainage by traditional puncture.Results：The curative effect of the curative group was better than that of the contrast group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Central venous catheter drainage in pleural effusion is simple and convenient with little wound and safety.
