摘 要:利用金属螯合凝胶法采用蔗糖作为螯合剂制备六铝酸盐复合氧化物BaMnA l11O19。通过XRD(X射线衍射)、BET(表面积和孔分析)、DSC(同步热分析)等技术考察了不同焙烧温度对催化剂物理结构的影响,以确定最佳的焙烧温度。结果表明,样品在低温焙烧几乎没有六铝酸盐晶相形成,经过1 100℃灼烧可以形成完整的六铝酸盐晶相,比表面积为31.83 m2/g,平均孔径为16.72 nm。Hexaaluminate BaMnAl11 O19 was prepared by the metal chelated-gel method. During the process the sucrose was used as chelating agent. The physical properties of catalysts affected by calcination temperature were investigated by means of XRD, BET and DSC techniques. The results showed when the calcination temperature is lower than 1 100 ℃ there is no hexaaluminate crystallinity. The catalyst with good erystallinity was obtained after calcination under oxygen at 1 100 ℃, which retains a specific surface area of 31.83 m2/g and an average pore diameter of 16.72 nm.
