摘　　要：对联接套工件结构及其加工工艺进行了分析,明确其加工难点为斜小孔的加工,针对难点优化加工工艺,设计了电火花成型工装,并取得了良好的加工效果。On the basis of analyzing the crafts and structural characteristics of joining sleeve, its difficulty is the craft of inclined small hole. The craft technology is optimized in this paper, and the fixture of the EDM forming is designed, which gets good results.
