摘　　要：对剃齿公法线变动量形成的原因进行了分析,在滚齿及剃齿方面对造成齿轮公变量的各因素给予了详细的剖析,并提出相应的对策来减少剃齿公变量的产生,而对已经产生公变量的产品怎么去挽救也提出了解决方法。This essay has analyzed the forming of the amount change of gear shaving＇ s base tangent and detailed analyzed the each elements which effected the gear base variables in hobbing and gearshaving. Meanwhile, the corresponding measures of decreasing the base variables of gear shaving have been put forward, besides the solution of how to save the product which had been formed the variables is been proposed.
