摘　　要：龙门刨床电气控制系统比较复杂,经长时间的使用后,经常发生故障。为了充分挖掘设备的潜力,采用全数字直流调速器和PLC对龙门刨床电气控制系统进行全面的技术改造,对系统总体方案和主拖动电气控制系统进行了设计。改造后的系统硬件结构简单,操作方便,直观性好,控制安全可靠,运行平稳,调速精度高,而且投入的资金较少,节能效果明显。The electrical control system of double housing planer is complex, and breaks down frequently after a long time of use. In order to fully discover the potential of the equipments, overall technical reform using full digital DC converter and PLC is used in the electrical control system of double housing planer. The general plan of the system and the main drive of the electrical control system are designed . The reconstructed system is simple in hardware structure, easy to operate, reliable to control, smooth running, with high speed control precision, cheap and can save energy efficiently.
