摘 要:论述了我国层燃、半悬浮燃烧、悬浮燃烧,各种燃烧方式的优缺点,不同燃料应采用不同的燃烧方式;400多台燃煤工业锅炉测试表明:我国燃煤工业锅炉的运行效率普遍低于设计效率,从2 t/h到20 t/h以上燃煤工业锅炉,随容量的增加锅炉运行效率从68.03%到80.59%,各种能量损失中漏风引起的热损失最大,最高达21%,可采用膜式水冷壁、先进的炉排密封技术和自控技术解决漏风问题,排烟温度热损失次之,最高达5%,采用增加锅炉尾部受热面和新的循环系统来降低排烟温度;用典型案例证明了能效分析应从能源的开采、运输、利用、污染物控制全系统成本考虑,而不应从单一用能设备的效率高低来评价。Coal -fired industrial boilers in our country by fuel combustion have layer, semi -suspension, suspension combustion, different fuels should be used in different combustion;more than 400 coal - fired industrial boilers tests show that : coal - fired industrial boiler operating efficiency is generally lower than design efficiency, from 2 t / h to 20 t / h coal - fired industrial boilers, with the capacity increased, the boiler operating efficiency is from 68.03% to 80.59% , there is still great potential energy for saving, a variety of analysis of energy loss can be seen: the greatest heat loss caused by leakage is up to 21%, the membrane wall, advanced stoker sealing technology and automation technol-ogy are proposed to solve air leakage problems, high exhaust temperatures can be solved by increasing the boiler tail - heating surface and the new circulatory system; energy efficiency analysis should be considered from energy extraction, transportation, usage, pollution control, but a single energy -consuming equipment to evaluate the efficiency isn't acceptable.
