摘　　要：中国大陆的慈善组织近年来取得了较大发展,但与发达国家相比仍有较大差距,主要是因为中国慈善组织尚处于从传统恩赐向现代公益转型的阶段。受市场经济的冲击,传统家长式等级慈善组织不断解体,具有现代治理功能的公益组织不断涌现。培育现代公益组织需要批判地吸收中国传统文化中的组织资源,批判地吸收发达国家的公益组织治理经验,发展现代公民社会,为现代公益组织的发展提供制度支持。Compared with the developed countries, China has a long way to go in charity for China is in the period from traditional charity to modern commonweal. Under the influence of market, the traditional charity organizations are gradually disappearing. However, modern commonweal organization should absorb the organization resources in the traditional Chinese culture and experience from foreign countries to provide system guarantee for modem commonweal organization.
