骨髓间质干细胞治疗肝纤维化的研究进展

摘　　要：间质干细胞是一类来源于中胚层的成体干细胞,具有自我更新能力和多向分化的潜能。相关研究发现人骨髓中含有间质干细胞,并在体内、体外均可通过各种实验方法将其诱导分化成为肝细胞。通过对其产生的各种细胞因子及促进肝细胞再生等方面的研究,给肝纤维化的治疗带来新的思路和方法。The mesenchymal stem cells is a kind of adult stem cells and derived from mesolift,which has the self-renewable capacity and multi-directional differentiated potencial.The correlative reserches discovered that the bone marrow contained the mesenchymal stem cells,and which can be induced to hepatocytes via many experimental methods in vivo and vitro.New ideals and methods for treating hepatic fibrosis are arising through the reserch on the mesenchymal stem cell that produce various kinds of cytokine and promote the hepatocellular regeneration.
