摘　　要：支气管哮喘是由多种细胞和细胞组分参与的一种呼吸道慢性炎症性疾病,亦是免疫功能异常的变态反应性疾病。免疫治疗方法干预患者病理性的免疫应答,使患者对变应原产生免疫耐受,从而治疗支气管哮喘。特异性免疫治疗能改变疾病的自然进程,是过敏性疾病的病因治疗,对于重症?变应原不明确的哮喘,特异性免疫治疗受到限制,而非特异性免疫治疗可以弥补特异性免疫治疗的不足。Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory airway disease,and is an immune dysfunction allergic disease.Immune therapy modifies pathological immune response and increases immune tolerance to allergens,to treat bronchial asthma.Specific immunotherapy is an etiological treatment of allergic disease,which can alter the natural course of the disease.Specific immunotherapy is limited in severe asthma and undefined allergen;non-specific immune therapy can be used in specific immunotherapy.
