摘 要:近年来发现瘦素(LP)在参与能量平衡控制的同时,与机体糖脂代谢的调节也密切相关,主要体现在LP与胰岛素以及肥胖的关系方面。胰岛β细胞可表达瘦素受体,提示LP在胰腺中发挥重要作用,LP本身亦可通过调节与糖代谢有关的酶类抑制肝糖原生成,同时可能引起胰岛素抵抗;LP通过控制食物摄入和调节能量代谢来加速积聚脂肪的分解,但多数肥胖者存在LP抵抗且其产生机制目前尚无定论。所以,LP的表达异常可能也参与了糖尿病、肥胖及脂质代谢紊乱的发生。In recent years,it is found that,in addition to energy balance control,leptin(LP)is also involved in the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism,this is mainly reflected in the relationship among leptin,insulin and obesity.Pancreatic islet β-cells can express leptin receptor,suggesting that LP plays important roles in the pancreas.LP itself can inhibit the process of hepathic glycogenesis through regulating the enzymes involved in metabolism of glucose,thus cause insulin resistance in adipose tissue.LP speeds up fat decomposition by controlling food intake and energy metabolism.However,most obese people show LP resistance with unknown mechanism.Therefore,abnormal expression of LP may associate with diabetes,obesity and lipid disorders.
