摘　　要：目的探讨采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)管理软件管理COPD患者的应用效果。方法选择江西省人民医院76例COPD患者,分为电脑组和传统组各38例,分别采用电脑管理和传统管理的方法进行管理和指导,在患者首次就诊3个月后复诊时进行COPD严重程度分级和COPD问卷调查,观察其结果。结果两组比较结果显示采用电脑软件进行管理的COPD患者的严重程度的控制明显好于传统组。结论采用COPD管理软件对患者进行管理,由于其连续性,规范性强,可以使COPD患者的严重程度尽快地得到控制。Objective To study benefits of management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients by management software.Me/hods The 76 COPD patients in people＇s hospital of Jiangxi province were divided into the computer group and traditional group and each group had 38 patients. Those patients were managed and guided in the method of computer management and traditional management,to take COPD severity classification and COPD survey after the three months from the first treatment,andwe observe the resuhs.Results The results of comparing the two groups showed that the control of the severity degree of the COPD patients which used computer software to manage significantly better than traditional group. Conclusion It used management software to manage the patients with COPD can make the severity of COPD patients as soon as possible to be better controlled because of its continuity and strong normative.
