摘  要:为了适应高速运行并抵抗法向吸力,电磁弹射用直线永磁无刷直流电动机的永磁体动子安装了铝支撑套,但电机定子的开槽结构会在铝套内引起涡流,对动子形成阻力。解释了开槽结构引起铝套涡流的原理,给出了涡流阻力计算公式,分析了涡流阻力的性质,得到了涡流阻力与动子速度的关系,从而确定了铝支撑套对直线电动机推力的影响。最后指出,电机可以采用半闭槽结构来有效削弱这类涡流阻力。To be seasoned with high speed and bear normal attraction,the linear PM brushless DC motor(LPMBLDCM) used for an electromagnetic launcher was equipped with an aluminum retaining sleeve for the PM mover.But the LPMBLDCM stators have open slots that will induce eddy current in the sleeve and the eddy current will lend the PM mover resistant force.How slots induce eddy current in the aluminum sleeve was explained,the formula for calculating the eddy resistant force was given and characters of the force were analyzed.Based on relations between the resistant force and the mover velocity,the influence of the aluminum retaining sleeve on the thrust of the LPMBLDCM was presented.At last,it is suggested that semi-enclosed slots reduce the eddy resistant force obviously.
