摘  要:PI自适应控制器法无速度传感器结构简单、易于实现,而且有一定的自适应能力。对传统的PI自适应控制器法无速度传感器进行了改进,扩大其辨识范围来改善其性能。该方法通过引入非线性函数,根据偏差的大小在线调节PI参数来提高控制性能,从而提高无速度传感器的估计性能。利用dSPACE在一台表贴式永磁同步电动机上实现了改进PI自适应控制器法的无速度传感器,并利用其实时监测软件对实验过程进行了在线监测,实时实验证明了所用方法的有效性及实用性。PI adaptive controller for speed sensorless control system has the advantages of simple structure,easy realization,and adaptive ability.The traditional PI adaptive controller was improved in this paper,and its estimation range and performance was enhanced.The proposed method used nonlinear function,adjusting PI controller parameters according to the error of it.Thus the estimation ability of speed sensorless system was improved.By using dSPACE,this paper realized the improved PI adaptive controller for speed sensorless control system on a PMSM,and the real-time monitoring software was also applied to monitor the process of experiments on line.Real-time experiments verified the effectiveness and applicability of the method.
