基于“三元悖论”视角的我国经济金融发展探析

摘　　要：亚洲金融危机后,"三元悖论"被明确提出,并受到学者们的广泛关注,成为国际经济学中一个著名的论断。本文从"三元悖论"视角对我国货币政策有效性、汇率稳定及资本管制进行了分析,进而提出了要保持货币政策的独立性、保持汇率的相对稳定、控制资本项目开放的节奏等建议。After financial crisis in Asia, trilemma theory were proposed, and received by scholars.It becomed a famous judgment in the international economics. Based on trilemma theory , this article analyzes the validity of monetary policy, the stabilization of exchange rate and the capital control in our country, then puts forward some suggestions, such as maintaining the independence of monetary policy, maintaining the stabilization of exchange rate , controling the pace of capital account opening, etc.
