摘  要:为提高滑动螺旋传动机构的耐磨性,在阐述螺纹耐磨性分析与磨损可靠性数学模型的基础上,结合螺纹副实际磨损过程的模糊性特点,应用模糊理论中的隶属函数推导出螺纹耐磨性模糊可靠度计算的数学表达式。通过算例计算,对常规可靠度与模糊可靠度的两种计算方法进行了对比分析。结果表明,在螺旋传动设计中引入隶属函数能更合理地描述螺纹耐磨性可靠度在实际传动过程中的变化。该计算方法为螺旋传动机构零部件的可靠性设计提供了理论依据。In order to improve the reliability, by analyzing the wear reliability of the sliding spiral transmission equlpment and the fuzzy analysis of the wear process, the formula of fuzzy wear reliability of screw thread is given. And the proposed method has been proved effective by reliability analyses with experimental data reported in the literature. By calculating the reliability, the wear reliability is compared with the fuzzy wear reliability. It proved that the calculated reliability by the proposed method is more accurate than traditional way. The method presented provides the theoretical basis for reliability design of the wear of screw thread.
