摘 要:利用专业的发动机仿真软件BOOST和HYDSIM建立柴油机工作过程模型和电控单体泵仿真模型,并根据现有的柴油机试验数据和电控单体泵系统平台试验数据对计算模型进行标定;运用标定好的模型对电控单体泵系统配机的排放性能进行优化分析,最终结合米勒循环和喷油正时调整得出优化结果;考虑到油、气、室三者间的匹配要求,最终的优化把喷射、雾化与燃烧结合起来,并通过三维燃烧分析软件对电控单体泵系统的改进方案进行校核,为实现电控单体泵系统与柴油机良好的匹配提供了有力的支撑.The simulation models of a diesel engine working process and an electronic-controlled unit pump fuel injection system were built by BOOST and HYDSIM software, and were calibrated by engine test data and the EUP platform test data. Simulation research on NOx emission and optimal matching of combustion system and electronic-controlled unit pump was carried out with the application of miller cycle and injection timing adjusting. Finally, the optimized matching scheme was calibrated by three dimensional CFD analysis software, considering injection, spray and combustion. This paper is hoped to be helpful for the matching research of diesel engine and electronic-controlled unit pump.
