摘　　要：建立一个由跨国公司和东道国企业所构成的寡头垄断的产量竞争模型,基于此模型分析了成本因素对外商直接投资(FDI)在东道国的投资区位选择与撤资的影响.外商直接投资的区位选择受聚集经济和成本因素的共同影响,在聚集经济效应相同时,成本因素将显著地影响FDI的区位选择:成本优势越大的地区,对FDI的吸引力越大,FDI的可能聚集规模也越大;当区位成本提高时,对成本变化敏感的FDI将从其聚集地撤资.当前中国应尽快在中西部地区建立承接中心,使外资撤减变为外资在我国境内的转移.An oligopoly output competition model is developed including both the multinational enterprises and host state enterprises to analyze how the cost factors affect the location choice and FDI withdrawal in the host state. The influence of location choice on FDI involves not only the economic agglomeration but also the cost factors. When the economic agglomeration effect is the same, the cost factors play an important role in location choice. For the region to be chosen, the more advantageous the cost, the stronger the attraction to FDI and the more the FDI enterprises gathering there. When the location cost is too high, FDI that is so sensitive to the variation of cost will withdraw from the FDI gathering area. Today China should provide some appropriate regions in its mid-west part as soon as possible as the new centers to adapt the FDI transfer instead of FDI withdrawal.
