摘  要:以中低品位菱锰矿为原料,采用钛厂氯化工序产生的废盐酸进行浸出制备四水氯化锰,对浸出工艺进行了研究。通过单因素及正交实验,考察了pH、液固比、浸出温度和浸出时间对菱锰矿浸出效果的影响程度。研究表明:控制pH为3,液固比为4∶1,60℃条件下浸出45min,锰的浸出率达到95.60%。Use low- grade rhodochrosite as raw material, and use waste hydrochloric acid which is produced by the titanium plant chlorination process to leach and then to make tetrahydrate manganese chloride, the leaching process were studied. Through the single factor and orthogonal experiment, we investigated the influence of pH, atuid - solid ratio, leaching temperature and leaching time on leaching effect. Studies have shown that: control pH at 3, liquid -solid ratio of 4: 1, leaching 45min under the conditions of 60℃ manganese leaching rate will be 95. 60%.
