摘  要:从膜分离再生废油的效果,膜分离影响因素及强化措施三个方面综述了国外研究进展.初步研究表明,膜分离技术能够有效地去除废油中的氧化物质和机械杂质,再生油品可以再利用或作为基础油;膜孔径、操作温度和压强成为膜分离效果的主要影响因素.针对废油再生过滤通量小,而膜污染严重的问题,结合废油特点,总结出了5种膜分离的强化措施,并指出了各种方式的优缺点;最后指出了今后需要研究的方向.Referring to the literature overseas, the development and research progress of some fundamental issues, such as the effect of membrane separation, strengthening measures and the influential factors are reviewed on separating. Preliminary researches showed that the membrane separation technology can be effective especially in the removal of oxalate substance, mechanical impurities in the waste oil, while the reclaimed oil can be reused even as base oil. Most studies indicate that the main influential factors are membrane pore size, operating temperature and pressure. According to the character of the waste oil, five ways to strengthen the membrane separation are summarized to solve the serious membrane fouling and small flux during the regeneration of waste oil using membrane separation technology, along with the advantages and disadvantages of the various ways. Finally the direction needing to further study in the future are pointed out.
