摘　　要：本文综合运用层次分析法和线性规划法构建了选择模型,研究了第三方物流在控制风险的基础上和在信贷资金有限、库容有限的约束下如何选择中小企业,使其所获剩余价值最大。最后,通过实例说明了该模型的有效性。This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and the linear programming（LP）to construct the selecting model. Then,it studies how third-party logistics selects SME on the basis of the controlled risk and under the constraints of limited credit amounts and storage capacity in order to gain maximum suplus value. Finally,it demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model through an example.
