摘 要:近年来,零售业创新活动不断涌现,日益引起人们的关注。目前,国内外学者已经取得了一些研究成果,但是这些研究都没有完整地说明零售业创新具体是什么,每个阶段发生了哪些活动,有什么特点,还没有对零售业创新进行全面的概括和总结。零售业创新是一个复杂多样的系统过程,包括零售业创新的界定和特征、零售业创新的动机或目的、零售业创新的驱动力、零售业创新的内容,以及零售业创新阶段等,需要全面和系统地分析和研究。因此,从以上五个方面对相关研究成果进行述评,可以发现已有研究的不足,提出进一步研究的方向,推动零售业创新理论的完善和创新实践的发展。Retail innovations have gradually emerged in recent years and have increasingly aroused the wide concern. There are some research fruits for retail innovation among researchers home and abroad. However, these researches fail to elaborate completely what retail innovation exactly refers to, what activities occur at each stage, what characteristics it possesses, with no comprehensive summary and conclusion of retail innovation. Retail innovation is a systematic and complex process, which in- cludes the definition and characteristics, motivation and purpose, driving forces, contents, and stages of retail innovation. It is necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis and study. Therefore, this paper makes a literature review on retail innovation researches from the above-mentioned 5 aspects, aiming to find the shortage of existing researches and propose the orientation for further research so as to promote the improvement in theory and the development in practices.
