摘　　要：产融集团在我国尚处于发展初期,其发展和监管存在诸多问题,具有较高风险。国际金融危机的爆发为我国发展产融结合带来了新的机遇和挑战,应辩证看待。本文重点讨论我国产融集团发展中存在的主要问题,并提出相应建议。China＇s industry-finance group is in early stage of development. The breakout of global financial crisis brings with new opportunities as well as challenges. The article focuses on the analysis of major bottlenecks in the development of China＇s industry-finance group, then proposes valueable suggestions.
