摘　　要：2009年,在总体宽松的宏观经济政策及经济形势总体回升向好的共同作用下,我国金融市场有力地支持了国民经济建设,自身也保持了快速健康发展态势,融资量大幅增加,交易量创历史新高,市场结构进一步优化,投融资、价格发现及保值等功能均得到较好的发展。在其今后的发展中,应积极关注国际国内宏观经济政策变化对金融市场运行的影响、积极把握监管政策与市场主体动作方式变化对金融市场发展的作用、积极应对人民币国际化进程加快对金融市场发展提出的要求。Abstract： In 2009, China＇s financial market has strongly supported the national economic construction, it has maintained rapid and healthy development, the amount of financing significantly increased, trading volume recorded all-time high, the market structure was further optimized, the function of investment, price discovery and hedging all developed better. In the future, there should be three main elements that will affect the financial market＇s development： changes of international and domestic macroeconomic policy, changes of regulatory policies and market participants＇actions and the acceleration of RMB internationalization.
