摘　　要：海绵钛主要用于制备钛及其合金,因其具有熔点高、耐腐蚀、高比强度、高低温性能好、无磁性等突出优点,而被广泛应用。文章论述了海绵钛的形成过程、形成原理、生产工艺及镁还原蒸馏联合设备,着重对海绵钛生产中还原蒸馏工艺及其研究新进展进行了详细阐述,并对海绵钛质量的影响因素进行了综合分析。Titanium sponge is mainly used for preparation of titanium and its alloys, which are widely used for its excellent prop- erties, such as high melting point, good corrosion resistance, high specific strength, no magnetism and so on. This paper focuses on descrip- tion of magnesium reduction-distillation process in titanium sponge production and the latest development. The process and mechanism of ti- tanium sponge formation, production process, and the combined equipment of magnesium reduction-distillation process are also discussed. The influence factors on titanium sponge quality are analyzed additionally.
