荷兰“庭院蔷薇”绿枝扦插育苗技术的研究

摘  要:以荷兰"庭院蔷薇"为试料,按正交设计排列,因素和水平采用L24(3×4×24),分别研究生根剂类型、培养基质的种类、扦插枝条的木质化程度、插穗所留叶片及其腋芽数量等多个因素对荷兰"庭院蔷薇"插穗生根、植株成活的影响。结果表明:枝条的木质化程度和生根剂种类对生根率的影响最大,基质、插穗所留叶片及其腋芽数量对扦插生根率的影响次之;采用半木质化插穗、用生根剂"根旺"速沾1秒钟左右,扦插在砂壤土中,可使其插穗生根率达89%左右;上述各因素对移栽大田后的苗木生长无显著影响。Cutting propagation experiment was carried out with the Yardrose from Holland, and the effect of the type of rooting reagents and substrates, the lignified degrees of cuttings, the quantity of leaves and lateral bud containing in every cutting on the rooting rate were studied. L24 (3 × 4× 24)element orthogonal experiment was designed according to the rooting reagents, lignified degrees of the cuttings, medium etc. The result showed that lignified degrees of the cuttings and the type of rooting reagents were the main influential factor of rooting rate, and the substrates, the quantity of leaves and lateral bud were not distinct. The rooting rate of the yard rose is 89% after the base of the cuttings was dipped in rooting reagent "GenWang" 1 second quickly. The above factors on the growth of seedlings after transplanting to the field had no significant effect.
