六斑月瓢虫的人工饲养技术研究

摘　　要：以不同猎物为食的六斑月瓢虫实验种群生命表显示,在30℃的条件下,用夹竹桃蚜喂养六斑月瓢虫,其实验种群数量以4.5637倍增长;而用橄榄星室木虱喂养六斑月瓢虫,其成虫不能产卵。在供试的4种人工饲料配方中,以啤酒酵母粉、桑蚕蛹粉、麦乳精、葡萄糖、胆固醇=3:4:1.5:1.5:0.1重量比配方饲养的瓢虫存活率和可产卵成虫比率最高,存活时间也最长。Life tables of the laboratory population of Menochilus sexmaculatus fed on different preys showed that at 30℃, the laboratory population of M. sexmaculatus fed on aphis nerii increaced to 4. 5637 fold while the adults of Menochilus sex- maculatus fed on Pseudophacopteron canarium could not lay eggg. The survival rate and the rate of Menochilus sexmaculatus＇s adults that could lay eggs fed on the artifieial feed （brewer＇s yeast powder ;silkworm pupa powder：malted milk：glucose：cholesterol = 3：4：1.5：1.5：0.1 in weight）were highest, and also the survival time was the longest among four kinds of the artificial feed.
