刑侦工作中选言判断及其推理运用的特殊性

摘　　要：选言判断及其推理在日常思维与刑侦工作中有着非常广泛的应用。刑侦工作中,在严格遵守形式逻辑关于选言判断及其推理的逻辑要求的同时,更应该注意和掌握其运用的特殊性,主要包括:选言判断的逻辑性质、选言肢的穷尽问题、相容选言推理对肯定否定式的运用等。Disjunctive judgments and their reasoning have wide applications in both daily thinking and criminal investigation. In criminal investigation, in strict compliance with formal logics＇ requirements of disjunctive judgments and their reasoning, more attention should be paid to grasp the particularity of their application, including logic nature of disjunctive judgments, exhaustive problem of disjunctive judgment, the application of compatible disjunctive reasoning to the affirmative and negative forms.
