摘　　要：随着国家对知识产权融资政策和激励机制的完善,知识产权融资方式成为创意企业融资的新途径,但仍然存在着许多问题。文章结合国内外创意产业知识产权融资现状,分析了金融危机对创意产业知识产权融资的影响,讨论了金融危机下完善创意产业知识产权融资服务模式的必要性,从价值评估、风险管理、融资担保、退出机制等方面,阐述了创意产业知识产权多元化融资的内涵与模式。With the improving of policy and prompting mechanism of intellectual property financing, the intellectual property financing must be a new approach for creative enterprises, but there are still many problems. The paper, based on citing the actuality of IP financing of creative indus- tries at home and abroad, manages to analyse the impact of financial crisis upon IP financing of creative industries. Then, discusses the necessity to improve the IP financial service model of creative industries under financial crisis. Finally, expounds the content and mode of IP multiple financial services of creative industries form valuation, risk management, financing guarantees, exit mechanisms, etc.
