摘　　要：从节能潜力的内涵和分类入手,综述了国内外区域性节能潜力的测算方法。基于较为完善的能源数据库,国外对区域节能潜力的研究,主要采用两种模型:自上而下的能源经济模型和自下而上的能源技术模型。国内节能潜力的研究,因缺乏相关数据的支持,尤其是省级能源数据库,研究方法相对单一。The paper starts with the concepts and classification of energy conservation potential, and overviews calculation methods of energy conservation potential at home and abroad. Based on a more comprehensive energy database, overseas research on regional energy conservation potential, mainly uses two models： top-down energy economy models and bottom-up energy technology models. Domestic research metheds in energy conservation potential calculation were relatively simple, due to lack of relevant data, especially the provincial energy database.
