益母草抗感染镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益母草的抗感染镇痛作用。方法:采用热板法和二甲苯耳廓肿胀法观察益母草对小鼠镇痛和抗感染作用的效果。结果:益母草给药组小鼠耳廓肿胀与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);益母草给药组小鼠疼痛反应潜伏期有所延长,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益母草无明显抗感染作用,有一定的镇痛作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Herba Leonufi. Methods： The analgesic ef- fect and the anti-inflammatory effect of Herba Leonufi were observed with hotplate and ear swelling induced by xylen method. Results： There was no significant difference in ear swelling induced by xylen between the group with Herba Leonuri and control group （P〉0.05）. Group with Herba Leonuri prolonged pain latency in mice, but there was no significant difference compared with the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Herba Leonuri has no significant anti-inflammatory effect, but it has analgesic effect in some tendency.
