消肿定痛膏外敷治疗痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:使用我院自制剂消肿定痛膏局部外敷治疗痛风性关节炎,观察疗效。方法:治疗组在患处外敷骨科消肿止痛膏,用绷带固定,每隔24h更换药膏,连用4d,观察疗效。对照组口服秋水仙碱片每隔1h服1片,连服6片后停药3d,待不良反应减轻后改为每次0.5mg,每天3次,共7d,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.1%,对照组为94.1%,两组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组关节红肿缓解情况比较,治疗组缓解明显,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组关节疼痛缓解情况比较,治疗组止痛效果明显,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:消肿定痛膏用于外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著,治疗时间短,无明显毒副作用。Objective： To use the self-made Xiaozhong-Dingtong paste to treat gouty arthritis by local external application, observing and contrasting the curative effect. Methods： Treated group, applied the Xiaozhong-Dingtong paste to the affect- ed area externally and then hold it with bandage, changed the plaster every 24 hours, for 4 days, observing the curative ef- fect.Control group, eolehieine pills were taken orally, one pill a time every one hour, did not take it again after taking 6 pills for 3 days, instead, took it 0.5 mg a time, 3 times a day, for 7 days after the adverse reactions alleviated, and then ob- served the curative effect. Results： The overall response rate of the treated group was 98.1%, and the overall response rate of the control group was 94.1%, there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups （P〉0.05）; contrasted the depressions of the red and swollen joints between the two groups, there was a significant difference in the depressions in the treated group （P〈0.05） compared with the control group; contrasted the depressions of the pain in the joints between the two groups, there was a significant difference in the depressions in the treated group （P〈0.05） compared with the control group. Conclusion： Xiaozhong-Dingtong Paste is effective to treat the gouty arthritis by external applications. It takes shorter time to treat gouty arthritis and there is no obvious adverse effect.
