摘　　要：目的:总结Ⅲ型食道闭锁围术期患儿呼吸道的护理体会。方法:通过围术期的呼吸道护理,保障肺部正常的气体交换,减少肺部并发症的发生。结果:38例患儿,2例死亡,5例放弃治疗,其余均痊愈。结论:Ⅲ型食道闭锁患儿围术期的监护尤其是呼吸道的管理对提高术后存活率和减少术后并发症起到至关重要的作用。Objective： To sum up the respiratory nursing of perioperative patients with esophageal atresiaⅢ. Methods： Through perioperative respiratory nursing to decrease the complications of lung. Results： All 38 cases, 2 cases died, 5 cases gave up,the rest cured. Conclusion： The respiratory management of perioperative patients with esophageal atresia Ⅲ is important to increase the survival rate and decrease the postoperative complications.
