摘　　要：创业板的推出,将在一定程度上缓解中小企业融资难的问题,激发创投公司和其他产业资本的投资,有效拉动民间投资,带动风险投资资本和产业资本投向新兴科技企业、产业、先进制造业和服务业,促进过程经济的转型,对解决我国中小企业融资问题发挥更为重要的作用。To some certain extent, the introduction of GEM will relieve the difficult issues of SMEs financing, and stimulate the investments in the venture capital companies and other industries capital, effectively pulling private investment, while bringing venture capital and industrial capital to invest in emerging new-coming technology companies, industries, advanced manufacturing industries and services as well as promoting procedure economical transformation, which can play a more important role in solving the financing problem of SMEs in China
