摘　　要：结合我国中小企业融资的特点,探讨了我国中小企业的融资现状、存在的融资困境及其根本原因,在比较分析的基础上,联系我国实际和中小企业自身特点,对中小企业的融资困境提出建议和对策。Combining the characteristics of SME financing in China, discusses the current condition of financing of SMEs in China, there is the financing of the plight of its root causes, in the comparative analysis, based on the practical and link small and medium enterprises in China＇s own characteristics, the plight of small and medium enterprises financing proposals and countermeasures.
