摘　　要：军工文化是军工行业逐渐积淀的文化。应切实发挥军工文化建设的特色优势,推动全行业创新精神的形成,培养创新意识,培育创新型人才,提高自主创新能力,搭建自主创新平台,营造创新环境,引领军工行业自主创新,为建设创新型国家贡献力量。Military industrial culture is a cultural pattern gradually formed in military industry. The special advantages of military industrial culture construction should be fully used in greatly encouraging creative spirit of the whole industry, cultivating innovative awareness, fostering innovative talents, improving creative ability, building creative platform and producing innovative environment so as to lead the self-innovation of whole military industry and make contributions for constructing an innovation-oriented country.
