摘　　要：目前,我国的"省直管县"体制改革已经由专家讨论层面走向了实践层面。在推行过程中,既有成功的典范,也存在诸多的问题。本文在界定"省直管县"体制改革涵义的基础上,分析了其在改革中存在的主要问题,提出了体制改革路径选择的策略。At present, it＇s that Chinas ＂provincial governing county＂ reform has been from the level of being discussed by experts to the level of practice. However, there are both successful models and many problems in the process of implementation. In this paper I defined the meaning of ＂provincial governing county＂ reform and proposed the answers of path selection in the reform to solve the main problems which exist in the reforrm.
