大学生排球运动员的运动损伤调查及原因分析

摘　　要：本文以参加甘肃省第一届大学生运动会排球比赛决赛阶段球队队员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、现场统计法、访谈法等,对不同专位运动损伤情况进行了调查.结果表明:损伤部位主要为踝关节、膝关节和肩带.同时,通过对踝关节、膝关节和肩带的解剖结构与排球运动中弧线助跑、起跳技术等特点的分析,建议高校在运动训练时应从实际出发,重视运动员身体素质的全面发展,以培养高层次的排球运动员,促进高校排球运动的发展.The first session of Gansu Province University Games volleyball team as an object of study, using literature method, questionnaire survey, live statistical methods, interview, and so on, the investigation of sports injuries of different post - secondary spaces Damaged parts of the top three were found in the ankle, knee and shoulder strap. Right ankle, knee and shoulder strap of the anatomical structure and volleyball arc run- up, take -off and technology characteristics of the analysis, the proposed college of the practical training of volleyball players from proceeding, attach importance to comprehensive development of physical fitness and train high - level volleyball players to promote the development of college volleyball.
