摘　　要：高校学生工作一直充当着大学生思想政治教育主阵地的作用,但在当今多元文化对思想政治教育提出更高要求的形势下,高校学生工作却面临着人员配备、人员素质和体制机制等各方面的困难,导致了思想政治教育的实效不高。要改变这种现状,就必须进行体制创新,将思想政治教育与学生事务性工作分离开来,这样既可以保证思想政治教育的有效开展,同时也能为学生事务性工作的专业化发展奠定基础。College students work plays as main territory of ideological and political education, but under the situation that today＇s multicultural education put forward ideological and political higher requirements, college students work exist many difficulties such as personnel, personnel diathesis and mechanism. This current situation cause the effect of the ideological and political education is not good. In order to change this situation, we must undertake system innovation, separate the ideological and political education from the student affair works. In this way we can guarantee the validity of the ideological and political education, and lay a foundation for the professionalization of the student affair works.
