摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟更年康临床治疗效果。方法:应用于门诊患者50例,随证加减。结果:治愈38例,好转11例,无效1例。结论:更年期以肾虚为主,用补肾调理阴阳的更年康临床治疗效果较好。Objective：To investigate the clinic effect of Geng niankang.Methods：50 cases of out-patient clinic patients were treated.Results：The cure was 38 cases,improvement was 11 cases and ineffective was 1 case.Conclusion：The renal deficiency was the main in climacteric period and invigorating the kidney and regulating yin-yang had the better effect to treat menopausal syndrome.
